arneson chocolate
This fictional project was led by the concept that chocolate bars may in some way resemble roof tiles, hence I wanted for the main design to feature houses with a very peculiar roof structure, as many countries have in their traditon.
I selected three countries that also allowed me to play with ingredients typical of their territories or very much used in their cooking, and proceeded with the design.
Culture and travel were the key words, both under the notion that an explorer named Arneson once flew around the world in his hot hair balloon, discovering new places and flavors.

About me
I'm Alice Serafini and I was born in 1999. I attended the International School of Comics in Florence and I Iive in Italy. Watercolour is my favorite medium along with coloured pencils, but I sometimes resort to digital too. I love reading and I enjoy writing short stories, my main inspirations for both written word and drawing are past atmospheres, costume design and nature. I believe that everything is enhanced by the means of illustration. Images can communicate all the quality and care behind a product, along with all the wonder and emotions behind a beautiful story.
